The club began in January 1978. It was originally started by nurses at Queen Mary's hospital who wanted somewhere for the disabled children and their brothers & sisters to go together.

The club has built up over the years and have now got a membership of 120 young people.

In 2008 we celebrated 30 years of the club, we held a festival, PhabFest32 and invited all past members back for a reunion.

Epsom & Ewell Phab is a registered charity No 298452. We ensure our trustees conform to all the Charity Commission requirements. We submit our annual return accounts and annual report on time.

Save Epsom Phab

On Friday 16th December we found out that Surrey County Council had plans to sell the ‘long leasehold’ they have at the Linton Centre, meaning Phab would have nowhere to meet, we ran a successful campaign to save the youth club. To find out more about the campaign visit here

Phab CD

In April 2012 at the Skyline Recording studios at Lintons Lane the youngsters made a new recording of a track which was originally a poem written by Phab kids in 1992. To find out more about the CD and how you can purchase a copy visit here
